Located in the historic, Downtown District building that began as The Model Bakery in 1909, Red and Moe specializes in thin crust pizza, a variety of seasonal salads, small plates, soups, and daily specials creatively incorporating what is in season and fresh from local farms.
We believe in simple cooking and simple eating, honoring the season and honoring the people that grow, raise, and harvest our food. The menus are designed and composed to show off the finest ingredients available. The wine list changes with the menu each month creating the perfect pairing for each pizza. Whenever possible, we carefully choose foods that are grown by people we know and that we know care about the land. We have a connected network of suppliers whose concern is environmental harmony and sustainability.

We are also art lovers and have devoted nearly half of our space to a unique gallery showcasing the work of artists in all media.  You can enjoy the exhibits which are displayed throughout the restaurant space or take a quiet moment with a glass of wine and relax in the gallery lounge.

Cultivation and Fermentation:
The Broadway Brewery celebrates local farmers and local food with a
rotating seasonal menu that highlights the fruits of the area’s finest
farms. Likewise, our house brewed ales are crafted from malted barley and fresh hops to ensure optimum quality. We use only top grade ingredients to prepare delicious pub style fare that is distinctly eclectic and innovative, brought to you fresh to be enjoyed with hand crafted beer.
Our culinary expert Bryan Maness and our brewmaster Paul Dickerson provide seasonally inspired food and drink. Columbia’s new “city hall,” the Broadway Brewery is a place to renew and replenish your body and mind through food, drink, music, art and conversation. Come on down and have a pint!
